Welcome!

I found this A-MaZing practice nearly 6 years ago now whilst pregnant with my 3rd child - it was a hip hop vinyasa yoga offering in Hyde park that got me hooked. I started a weekly practice, then did a pregnancy yoga series, went on retreat & then started the search for a YTT that I could fit in with my full time job of 17 years…which was running a local childcare centre in Bassendean - so you can possibly understand why I love the peace & serenity that yoga offers considering my day job.

Fast forward to now and my skill set includes - certified 200 hours vinyasa trained, covering asana (the poses), Sanskrit & culture, philosophy, pre/postnatal, trauma aware yoga, plus mantra, meditation & pranayama.

 

I’ve completed an additional 55 hours of Yin Yoga training - delving into the magic of TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) meridian lines, and the power of a deep stretch on our physical, mental & emotional body…

 

And let’s not forget the young & the young at heart (read children & chair yoga).. I’ve completed additional training in both these offerings too- as I believe you’re never too young (or old) to enjoy what yoga can bring to your life.

 

My favourite class to teach is yin. I love being able to hold space for people to switch off, unwind, deeply relax and reset their nervous system. Incorporating reiki infused savasana assists to my yin offerings, they are a truly divine way to fill your cup.
